Being a developer, Tanah Sutera not only builds houses for people, we care for the society too.  The distinctive Sutera Utama Education Hub is one of the projects that show Tanah Sutera’s effort in caring for the next generation, especially for the less fortunate. Thus, the Company has invited Kiwanis Careheart Sentosa and Calvary Victory Center to be part of the Sutera family.   

These two non profit organizations tied knot with Tanah Sutera closely, jointly organise events to raise fund to construct their own purpose-built building in Taman Sutera Utama.

In line with the Company’s vision to being a socially responsible developer, Tanah Sutera is actively involved in various eco friendly exercises. Among all, the ‘Effective Microorganism’ (EM) Technology which is propounded by Professor Teruo Higa is adopted by the Company in an effort to save the earth from further pollution. For example, leaves and other decomposing organic matter are collected and reverted to fertilizers. The Management of Tanah Sutera will later introduce the use of enzyme, part of the EM technology in cleaning its properties, offices, showhouses, etc in helping to reduce use of chemical agents.

Every year, Tanah Sutera jointly organizes the Residents Get-Together Night with the residents’ committees as well as the Company’s business partners. This annual largest event of the Company which is held at different residential precincts aims to foster closer relationship among Tanah Sutera and its residents.
