Home Owners’ Association (HOA)
To build up good rapport and also to create a channel of feedbacks and communications for existing house buyers, Tanah Sutera is actively involved in the operation of Home Owners Association (HOA) with the residents committee at various precincts. In addition to as a working platform for interaction among the residents and Tanah Sutera, HOA is an excellent channel for Tanah Sutera to convey and implement the Company’s vision of creating a neighbourhoodliness living environment.
Through HOA, various kinds of social interactive activities are organized throughout the year. These include monthly Gotong-Royong, Pot Luck Gathering, HOA Appreciation Lunch, Festive Get-Together, Recycling, etc. Each activity has its specific goals and missions. In addition, knowledge based seminars are conducted to keep residents informed with necessary information such as health, house keeping tips on how to avoid termites’ attack and aedes mosquitoes, as well as other property care talks. Besides, educational courses are conducted for resident's children, such as the moral and Chinese calligraphy classes. These events have inevitably helped to build a conducive living environment filled with care, concern for others, joy and happiness for all residents.
