Introduction

Sutera Mall with its family oriientated retail concept is able to attract families of all races and different ages. The modern outlook of the Mall with its LED lightings and the landscaped environment had created a soothing and relaxing ambience for all to shop to their hearts’ content.

Main Tenants

Sutera Mall consists of two main anchor tenants – Pekin Restaurant and AEON BIG. AEON BIG, an internationally known Hypermarket chain offering wide range of daily household grocery products ranging from frozen food, fresh products, garments, shoes, as well as electrical appliances and freshly made confectionery etc.

Pekin Restaurant is a luxurious Chinese restaurant which offers a variety of Chinese and Halal cuisine. Its modern banquet hall can cater for 200 tables for wedding and annual dinners, birthday parties and other functions. The Restaurant has become the choice destination for meeting, gathering and dining for company functions, weddings and family get-together.

The Shopping Mall is managed by Tanah Sutera Development Sdn. Bhd. (The Developer). The public can be assured that the Management will create a totally different experience for shoppers to enjoy and relax, and to treat the Mall as the 'lifestyle destination' for everyone to enjoy.

Growth and Expansion

Sutera Mall provided the platform for many retailers to grow their business successfully. In the coming years, Sutera Mall will grow by another 500,000 sq.ft. and we would like to invite you to share in our growth and expansion programme.

The existing Level 1 covered car park will be converted to about 140 retail units with a leaseable area of 55,000 sq.ft. and a multi-storey car park will be built to replace the car park.

We intend to have the first-ever library within a shopping mall in Johor, a bowling alley and retail spaces on top of the new multi-storey car park. F&B outlets for Alfresco Dining will occupy our Festive Market. This will add variety to our merchandising mix.

Our phase 3 will comprise another 350,000 sq.ft. of leaseable space, our planning include a Cineplex, Amusement Centre, Department Store and Ice-Skating Rink.

Sutera Mall is situated in Taman Sutera Utama, well linked to immediate mature and developing residential developments such as Taman Ungku Tun Aminah, Nusa Bestari, Bukit Indah, Taman Perling, Taman Sutera, Tampoi, Kempas, etc.

It is within 15 minutes driving isoline from Senai International Airport and Tanjung Pelepas Port (PTP), which is within the Iskandar Malaysia (IM) region within 15 minutes drive, the population is currently more than 500,000.

In addition, it has direct link to Singapore via the Causeway and the Second Link, and requires only 15 minutes drive from both links.

The Mall is about 15 minutes away from the central district of the Johor Bahru City Centre.

There is also bus service provided by Causeway Link to Sutera Mall from Singapore and several places in Johor Bahru. A Bus Terminal has been set up adjacent to the Mall to provide convenience to shoppers.
