Senior / Marketing Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will assist to develop and oversee marketing campaigns. The role will encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial, and administrative responsibilities.
- Overseeing & developing marketing campaigns / promotional activities / events / new product launches
- Conduct market research & analyze data to identify & define audiences
- Devising & presenting ideas and strategies
- Social media content planning, creative writing & execution
- Prepare monthly reports for digital campaigns & measures effectiveness
- Creative writing & content development for press releases & quarterly community newsletter
- Coordination of creatives with internal designer & external design agencies
- Prepare purchase orders & payment submission
- Source, build rapport, and liaise with suppliers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Mass Communication or any related field of study
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in marketing related field, experience in Property development would be a plus
- Fundamental knowledge of digital marketing but not limited to SEO / SEM, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and etc
- Possess good command of English, Mandarin and Malay
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, can work well under pressure
- Experience in graphic design / video editing software will have an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Sales Executive (Contract)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To attend all sales inquiries and achieve sales target with high level of customer satisfaction.
- To assist purchaser in obtaining end financing and follow with banker.
- Prepare and update weekly sales report.
- Plan, coordinate and organize daily sales activities and report to superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Passion, Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Highly interested in sales and willing to take sales challenges.
- Candidate must possess own transport.
- English | Bahasa Malaysia | Mandarin.
- Able to work on weekend and public holiday.
- At least 2 year(s) of sales experience is required for this position.
